Default Clicking sound from window switch new switch and motor

Hi everybody I have read through quite a few forums and threads looking for this issue but havent been able to resolve my issue.

My driverside window switch makes a continuous clocking sound when trying to pull up or down the driver window. The passenger side still works. I originally thought it was the window motor. I replaced it and the issue was not resolved. I installed a new switch. Still no luck. I thought perhaps I got a bad refurbished motor so I exchanged it. Still doesnt work. I have had it plugged in and not attached to the regulator and the motor doesnt spin just a clicking noise. I do feel slight vibrations while holding the motor though. The key in door does not pull the window down nor does the key fob.

Any help is appreciated.
