Default Fluid on AC fitting under the hood

When I was adding windshield washer fluid this morning, I noticed what was likely water on top of this joint in the AC lines.

Is this normal, or a known issue? *This is not my engine bay*, but I've circled the location of the fitting in the attached image where the fluid (likely water) was found. It was ringed around the aluminum line at the top of the foam rubber sleeve.

It was 81def F and humid this morning on the drive, and I was running the AC (which still blows cold, but likely needs to be topped off given how long the car sat before I bought it). So my first thought is that it's just the pooling of condensation from the line. But maybe there is other experience that points to something else I need to add to my list of maintenance/repairs now that I am driving this car regularly through the Summer.

TIA

Your image didn't load, though I wonder if it's just condensation from the line itself. I suppose it's easy enough to test - drive without a/c, which admittedly sucks, and see if there's water. Then drive with it on, to cool off after the drive that sucked, and see if condensation is there.

Thanks for the tip! I'll do the with/without A/C comparison and report back,

Jello is correct, the low side hose will "sweat" after a while. If there's no color to the liquid it's likely just condensation.
