Default HR Clutch no pressure stuck at bottom

Today my friend's clutch seemed to have given out. If i push down it stays down and there's no pressure in the pedal. there's a fluid moving noise when the pedal is pressed, but no pressure. No noticeable leaking either. Could it be air in the line? Also, his reservoir is extremely dirty and there was a pea sized blob of grey stuff floating. Im thinking maybe something got clogged possibly or a bad master/slave.

Any Input is appreciated.

Possibility. Drain all the fluid, flush the system, refill it, and bleed the crap out of it

More than likely it's CSC failure.
