Exclamation Turn Signal Issue Please Help

So to start off I have a 2004 350z base model (manual) and the right turn signal isn't working at all. Ive tried everything from replacing the bulbs, checking continuity, replacing the turn signal on the steering column etc. Both front and rear right turn signals get the correct voltage when turned on but no matter what I do they still wont light up. Left side works perfectly fine and hazards only turn on the left side but when the right signal is turned on it has a fast blink as if there was no bulb in it (even though there is and they are getting power). Someone please tell me what this could be because I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure it out.

It seems from my research that it could be the BCM went bad but I would love to hear a simple solution if there is one.

Have you tried plugging in another turn signal stalk to see if it's that component?

There's gotta be more to this electrical problem than this. How many miles on your Z and when did this problem originally begin happening?

Theres 176k on the chassis and its been a persistent issue since I bought the car, it seems no matter what I replace the right signal wont work. The wiring harness on the front passenger corner was a rats nest when I got it so I decided to replace it and see if it fixed it but still nothing.

That info should've been included in your original post. My guess is the RF wiring harness still has a short or other electrical problem that is the cause .

But if it was a short wouldn't the voltage be off with a multimeter? There is a current coming all the way through the plug for the bulb but the bulb just wont light, almost as if there was no bulb (flashes fast).

No they are just oem replacements from a parts store, I tried multiple in each corner and they still didn't work.
