My air conditioning in my 06 350z blows out hot air I tried to recharge it but it said it was over full so I let some out and its in the green now and its still blowing hot i checked the in cabin air temp sensor and cleaned it off it seems to be OK what else can I try. Yeah it's basically blowing engine bay air in your face.

You could have a bad pressure switch. It's located on the dryer on the condenser. It just screws in and plugs in, pretty simple fix. But if you take it out, make sure you relieve all pressure before doing so. I learned that the hard way.

You'll also have to have it vacuumed and recharged after taking the switch out since you'll be welcoming air into the system.

I was messing with it and the clutch engages and spins the compressor but it doesn't feel like it has any compression

Are you sure it's the clutch spinning and not the compressor pulley?
May have to take it to be vacuumed if the clutch kicks in and it's still hot

Ok so have you removed the lines at all or the pressure sensor switch?
