Default Clutch pedal

So I found out there was a leak in my slave cylinder so I changed it and bled it as much as I could by myself well it stayed 1” off the floorboard for the engagement but I was able to drive it so I was fine with it. But I got my car this morning and there was like A little pedal pressure and I to pump it up and I pumped up while car was on and then finally a built up enough pressure into it where I was able to drive it to work and I kept pressure the whole way to work

but when I get home I’m going get under the car and make sure everything is right and I’m going to get my friend to help me bleed it the rest of the way but what do y’all think about this

I am going to do that today but my question is whenever I was bleeding all I seen was brown liquid pouring out like water I wasn’t really seeing Air is it easy to see or do I have to pay attention if I am doing it without a clear tube as I do not have one and cannot leave right now to go get one

Here is how I always did it, clear tube always used.

One person pumps about 15-20 times holding pedal down on last pump, person on the ground cracks and bleeds.....repeat until you have pressure
