Unhappy 350z Ecu codes

on 10/5 I was driving and the car was perfect until suddenly it cut power on the freeway I saw the tac wiggle and cut power then it kicked back on. It did this twice in quick succession then a minute or two later it cut off for an even longer duration then kicked back on. I got off the freeway and parked in front of my job. When I came back the car refused to start and threw a p0340 (camshaft pos code) this was the only code. that night me and my friend changed the bank 1 sensor and the car started and then shut off immediately. we checked the engine and noticed we broke the bleeder valve. as far as I'm aware this shouldn't stop the car from starting so we assumed we may have replaced the wrong cam sensor since we changed bank 1 (obd didn't specify which bank). we disconnected the battery and waited and then reconnected to see if it would change anything we did accidentally hit the positive end which caused a spark Idk if that was a problem. after reconnecting the battery the car no longer starts it just cranks before it started then instantly shut itself off. today when I went back and checked the codes I was greeted with p1610,p1612,u1001,u1000, and u1000-n10. I'm not too sure if we disturbed the wiring harness or if that battery spark caused it or if it wasn't our fault but we were just stressed and trying to get home lol. any insight into how I can fix this issue would be much appreciated. (the airbag codes are because of the after-market seats)
