Ok so for starters the car was fine before the lights came on. I'm going to tell you the story before I know what made the lights go off.
*Upgrated parts*
Coilovers
Brakea and brake lines
sway bar
Camber kit front and rear
Master slave cylinder
Flywheel and clutch
I "UPGRATED" ( doesnt exactly feel like an upgrade but ok) my hard line to a soft line on the Master slave cylinder. Well the soft line popped on the way to work. So I had the car towed home. As I began to replace the soft line, mind you the car is up on two jack stands from the front of the vehicle, I began too bleed the new clutch fluid into the master slave cylinder so I can press down on the clutch to start the car. MY DUMB SELF DIDNT CHECK TO SEE IF THE CAR WAS IN NUETRAL, the tow truck guy did the rite thing and had the car parked in 1st gear originally and I went to start the car and it started moving forward. I Quikly hit the brake and turned the car off, the car didn't fall off the jack stands but I was scared as he'll and had to take a breather. So I proceeded to bleed the line, pressing on the clutch to get fluid going, I pressed that thing so many times and didn't realize I didn't have the valve thing open enough for fluid to come out, turned the car on and opened up the valve more and began pressing on the clutch and was now bleeding fluid through the line and continued refilling up the small resistor with brake fluid as it began to get low. After I tightened up everything I took the car for a drive and now I have ABS BRAKE VDC AND SLIP LIGHT ON 😅 i have checked all the fluids. They are full. I have taken off the battery terminal and no lucky. Car drives fine. Lights are annoying please help
If you know someone with a high-end OBD2 scanner, I would start there. These should be able to pull the ABS codes. I have a Harbor Freight model ZR13 that can read those codes. The scanner will tell you which wheel triggered the code. I would then replace that wheel's sensor. If that did not fix the problem, see if there is an ABS tone ring around the axle. If there is, see if that ring is loose (maybe broken). I had these on a Ford Escape and as the axle started to rust, it would crack the plastic rings. If that is the problem you will have to remove the axle and replace the ring. The brake light may be a separate issue. These can be triggered by a low level of brake fluid or a mismatch in pressure between the front brakes and rear brakes. The slip light is triggered by the ABS light. The ABS system measures the speed of each wheel and compares speed of each wheel to detect a slip so if the sensor is bad or tone ring is bad, the system does not work.
