add brake fluid. (I'm not goofing on you. The cluster lights when you need to add fluid).

It will start with the brake light normally then if the fluid gets low enough the abs light can come on also. Check fluid level and add accordingly.

could be the speed sensor. if your axles or sensors are loose it could be throwing the light. does your abs ever come on randomly?
