Default ABS + TCS + SLIP lights on and off occasionally.

Hi,
I have been searching about this quite a while but I cannot find the solution yet. My 2005 350z has this problem, the ABS, TRC off and SLIP light are on occasionally. I have no problems with the break and check engine light no show. I still drive the car normally. I wonder can I get the code from ordinary OBD2 reader about this or I need to go to the dealer. What could it be the problem? I never do anything to the break system and break fuid is full.

Yes, a standard OBD2 code reader should bring up the specific codes under the ABS section. It's a fair bet you have a malfunction with one or more of the wheel speed sensors in your Z. It's one of the first things I check on either the race or street cars.

And/or crank or cam position sensors. Weird side effect that these lights have been known to come on.

Watch for P034x - typically 340 and 345.

Also, crank sensor: P0335

If any of these, change all three with OE (or suitable HITACHI-replacement) parts only.

That is strange. Why that happens? ABS has nothing to do with crank sensor at all.
