So I took the dash under my wheel off to replace a part and after putting it all back on my vdc light and slip light are on and won’t turn off it only started after I took the dash off does anyone know why they won’t turn off. Also when I first turn car on the lights are off, only when I start driving they turn on as well as sometimes within the first min of me driving I will get this weird rapid brake pattern happen to me and when it happens my slip light flashes. Please help
