Default Can’t reset warning indicators

Recently bought a 2003 350Z with 54000 miles with a Vortech supercharger. The SES indicator is on, the air bag indicator is blinking and I need to program key fobs. All these things require input to the ECU by manipulating throttle, locks, key. I’ve tried doing them all as directed, but nothing works. It seems the ECU is not taking commands from the key tumbler. Can the ECU be reset some other way to clear the indicators? The car has been sitting a long time, so I’d like to clear the indicators and see if they return.

The only issue with the car otherwise is a rough idle - OBD says code 1136 - valve timing solenoids. I’ve ordered new ones and will replace. Probably gunked up from sitting for so long. This ECU issue is troubling. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
