Annoying Noise....

Annoying Noise....
I recently purchased a 03 Touring (3/4) and so far I am very pleased. The car has 6400 miles and runs very well. I have a noise in second and third gear between 4K and 5K that I hav not been able to pinpoint. It seems like the noise is coming from dash area and it sounds like a rattle. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same noise. I am new to these cars and any help would be appreciated.
