I had a good experience at Town Center Nissan in Kennesaw Georgia and wanted to share since most folks talk about their bad experiences, and I've had my share of them.

I was having a popping sound coming from both sides of my front suspension when it compressed and rebounded under braking (quick stops), when maneuvering in parking situations, and under moderate to hard cornering.

I was lucky enough to have a great technician that worked with me by taking the car in the shop, trying a fix, and coming back out to talk with me and test the car. He quickly found that a TSB was released for the front suspension bolts, tightened them to proper torque specs (they were not tight enough) and that fixed it. It didn't take long to track it down after a few tries - great communication - it should go this smoothly every time.

A good technician made the dealer's service department look good. Also, the service department did get me in the very next morning when I came in for an appointment.

Yeah for the Z, it's resting happy now
