Default How/Can i institute the LEMON LAW!?!?!

Well ive had the tire feathering issue once (months ago). I just went to get my 15,000 mile checkup (car has 13,124 on it) and i asked them to check my tires. Once again tire feathering. They gave me a front alignment, just like the first time. So now im just counting down the days until i can institute the Lemon Law for the third time i expierence tire feathering.

Questions:

1. how do i institute the lemon law?
2. what are the qualifications to consider your car a lemon?
3. do you all smell a 2005 350z?

depends on your state laws... could be a form to fill out or a visit to the BBB... Google is your friend http://autopedia.com/html/LemonLaw/FL_lemonlaw.html

again... depends on your state laws... if you are serious about pursuing this line of action, you willl most likely need an attorney to interpret the laws

only if you plan to sell you current car and buy a new one... it's unlikely Nissan will replace your current car for a new one... especially for the tire feathering issue
