Default Need examples of 'case law' for my lemon law case

Hello everyone. My Lemon Law case is coming up soon and my attorney's have asked me for examples of 'case law' of similar cases . If anyone has had a successful 'repurchase' or 'replacement' made because of the problems with their 350Z, this would help me out tremendously. So if anyone has a documented case, I would be willing to pay you for your trouble if you could make a copy for me so I can present this at my upcoming arbitration hearing. My case is in Delaware and apparantly they only use examples of 'case law' there, so I would be using your documents just as an example, showing that you were successful.

I hope this message is not too confusing. It's a little hard to explain in a post. I know there are some of you who had posted about your success with your cases.

Thanks

lookin for the same thing here, I already sent a letter to Nissan of North America telling them everything wrong with the car. Mine is under Florida's lemon law and it more than qualifies as a lemon.

Did you move from Maryland to Florida?

Hey corsair,

I'm from DE too and about to get my first set of tires replaced on my '04. Please keep us updated so that I may know what I have to do when it comes up.

BTW, where did you buy yours?

Bump up....

I also may be interested in acquiring documentation of 350z's bought back under Lemon Law, specifically due to the tire problems.

I bought my car in Arizona. It was a pre-order. I was in Delaware for a year and that is where I filed the case. Now I am living in Northern California. It has been a huge mess.
