Doesn't matter if you take drugs or not it takes alot of work and heart to look like that. Some people couldn't look like that even if they pounded drugs.

No steriods, but I do cycle clenbuteral (an asthma medicine that speeds up your metoblism by 10%) and ECA (ephedrine, caffine, aspirin) stack which speeds up your metoblism like 3%. I take clen for two week and go off for two weeks. While off the clen I take the ECA. You have to cycle them because you body starts to get use to the effect and they won't work.

Clen and ECA will help you get there, but with out cardio they aren't going to help. I do 1 hour of cardio 7 days a week on top of my normal work out split of 5 on 2 off.

Lastly and most important is a clean diet. Up until this past Sunday I had not eaten any cheat foods (fast foods, pizza, basically nothing but what's on my diet) for two months. Here's my typical daily consumption. I eat 3lbs of chicken and a dozen eggs (3 whole 9 whites) everyday, limited carbs, and good fats.

***My favorite breakfast is 1 cup Oatmeal + 1 cup milk + 1 Scoop Chocolate Whey + Peanut Butter all mixed together. Taste kind of like those no bake cookies. You can always add splenda if you want it sweeter too. I personally do not cook my oatmeal. I put mix the protein with the milk then pour it on, then stir the peanut butter in. Stick it in the freezer for a few minutes while I take my supplements, then you can a nice little breakfast  (Just a meal idea for you)

Tell me about. I wish there was a drug I could take to look like this with out having to do cardio everyday and eating super clean. I sure as hell would take it and don't hide the fact that I would if it was available. The working out part is the easy chit! It's the other 23 hours in the day that you have to have discipline to control what you put in your twinky shoot. It gets tuff especially at midnight when your so fuking hungry, but your next meal is not for another 7.5 hours. Looking like this is a full time job between the 15 hours a week working out and doing cardio to all the damn time it takes to cook all the food I eat! The end result is worth it to me though.

^^^ all that while trying to gain lean muscle! It isn't easy I tell ya!

Me on a KC-135 about to refuel a B-2

Here comes the B-2, first time for me to see one in real life

The closest I've ever been to a B-2, I could see the pilot waving at me

Me right before my JETO flight

...About ready to fly!

We left out of Fairchild AFB WA and we went about 1000 SE. No one knew where it came from or where it was going (all classified) but it took like 150000+ lbs of fuel. It definatly was an experience. The JETO ride was the best thing I have ever done. Theres nothing like pullin 4+ G's. I had the time of my life in that airplane

Did you chunk? ...I most certainly would have! If your planning to be a pilot, a B2 wont be such be on odd site in a few years. Hit the books and you will be there. I tip my hat to all you service men! Your doing all us a favor. If your ever in L.A. look me up for a free drink.

Thank you, I appreciate it. And on our JETO ride(jet orientation, not the KC-135 we flew the T-6 or T-38) which was the first time flying like that, most of my class did throw up. I was lucky and didn't. Hopefully someday I will be a pilot, that would be my number 1 job. I'll know for sure in about a year and a half if I'll be going off to pilot school, and if I don't, no biggie Ill probably go security forces or combat weather since my degree is in meteorology
