are you sure? because in europe i thought they drove on the opposite side of the road? Maybe the lambo is passing the lil sucker? Even the road sign is on the left side.!? I could be wrong but yes funny picture!

Possibly,
From the picture, the drivers appear to be on the Left Side of the car like in the states. Furthermore, the smaller car has its left blinker on.

you can also see the body roll of the smaller car and notice that it just got in the left lane.
