The holes come into use when one of these banners is hung outside on a windy day. Instead of blowing the banner away or tearing it from its supports, the wind just passes right through.

People do this to expand their desktop out. For example, my screen resolution right now is 2560 X 960. So I have two screens that are 1280 X 960. One huge desktop. When you're working in programs such as Photoshop or you just want other things not cluttering your desktop, it helps a great deal.

No, if you have a powerful enough video card (I have the Nivida 4600ti dual display card), you can run two screens on your system You can also just use two video cards.

I don't know where to get one legitimately. But my sales guy was able to obtain this item when no one was around, early Saturday morning at the dealership. He owed me. He promised "The Run" and an advertising poster for the Z for a while and that never happened. It is not a poster, it is an outdoor type banner, that's why the holes are there.
