As far as tires I always go to tirerack.com and price the tires I want and print it out then zip down to discount and have them match it or beat it. Depending on the type of driving you do I always try to go with at least a 280 treadwear for some longevity.

255/35/19 front and id say 285/35/19 (if you lower you will probably have to roll your fenders). If you dont want to roll them , 275/35/19

You must be joking. Plan on spending about a thousand on tires plus installation.

+1
Expect tires to be pricey.

KDW's seem to be not too pricey for the tire quality.

150? That might pay for your lugs. Tires are expensive....somewhere close to $1000 +/-...good luck.
