330mm is pretty awesome. I have a 350mm now, but really miss my old personal 330.

it can be done, though an additional adapter may be required. The people who do this tend to have dished, or offset steering wheels

I used to have a 280mm in my EK. It may look kind of cool, but its so hard to just make turns since the wheel is sooooooo small

it's all personal opinion - some like 330mm, others (myself) find 340-350 to be more ideal. The smaller the wheel, the more turns it takes to move lock to lock, so something to keep in mind

"Perfect" is a matter of personal preference. You would be doing yourself an injustice by not sitting in a Z with that sized wheel and seeing how you like it prior to your purchase.

As a side note, I've never seen a Z with a 320mm wheel myself.

Having both, I prefer the feel of the Momo. Read the link for more opinions.
