I noticed that we have threads for interiors, engine bays, wheels, etc. but have yet to see a thread where we could share different helmet setups. I know some guys rock some dope lenses, sticker & paint themes. Post em up!

I got this done about 3 years ago I am not really into it anymore so I am getting a new helmet soon but the art work is fairly good.

 

 

I don't have a custom helmet, but I do have a wife that races. She's fast too!

I don't race so I really have no use for it, but I really want a Stig helmet

 

my friend's daughter wearing my current helmet... can't find pictures of my old one though (covered in stickers!)

my best friend/racing buddy has the same one in white with a black visor, people always take a second look at you at the track

thinking about getting it "stickered" up with my name and some "motivational" lines...

 

theres also a number seven on each side of the DC sticker..you can barely see it though

I've been in the market for a helmet for... 4 years but I just haven't gotten around to actually buying one since most of the tracks/events I go to have free rental helmets (I have a head sock). I'm just trying to see what most people generally choose when purchasing helmets.

 

hell ya.......i actually have a Simpson stig helmet on my LIST of things to buy.......

its a list i make so my wife knows what i want for my bdays, xmas, etc...we each have a list....

I have been talking about getting a Simpson Bandit for about 2 years now, but the car hasn't been running to potential so it has been on the back burner until the car gets back to the track. I told the wife thinking I might get one for Christmas but it didn't happen

 

I jus bought an HJC open face towards the end of the racing season here in the north east.... But now I'm thinking about a Simpson.. At first I thought it was overkill but u can never have too much protection on ur noggin....

Besides it looks fuggin evil as hell........
