OP....I really hope your not considering this...I am sure that nos tank is empty and its more for "looks"/car show, than for an actual nos tank being used....If your planning on using this for daily use, as mentioned already, this would be a pretty sick CUSTOM.........cup holder

what accident? you have a blow down tube...
if that tank somehow got ruptured, it wouldnt matter if it was in your hatch or attached to the roll bar
but thats a show car and that tank will probably never see any action.
and its not NOS, its nitrous. nos is gay ricer speak.

Like mentioned thats a show car
Blow down tube or not, I wouldnt want that next to my head, or want everyone, especially cops to see that in my car.
Depending on the situation, cop, where you live you can be ticketed for that.
Nothing says "Im the #1 fast and Furious Fan" like a bottle of N20 next to your head.
