Damn you have snow.. No mountain runs for you.

My car cover survived its first round of winter. Didnt give me the warm and fuzzys.
I have rope running on top but it still accumulated snow so I might try a cargo strapping next.

Ill be bummed if snow accumulates on the top then let's loose all at once onto the precious car underneath.

You should wrap up the wheels in bags to keep the tires from drying out. I have multiple sets of wheels kept in the garage this way, the tires have a shorter shelf life left in the open air.

i heard that they should be wrapped and vcum sealed if theyre sitting for a long period of times and that that will preserve their shelf life.

however its better to drive them occasionally and thats even better than to seal them and let them sit. is that true?

because as of now, i switch out my tires every month to every month and a half, so each set only sits on the shelf for 2-3 months at a time.

from my research, i found that if theyre sitting for more than 6 months they should be wrapped, seals and stored size ways.

so do you think i should still vacum seal them if theyre being use every 2 months?

They should be stored on a shelf and backed into periodically for good measure.

I sort of vacuum seal, take a shop vac and suck out the air so the bag is up against the tires. Seeing you live in AZ, I would seal them as best as possible since its more arid than SoCal.

Ahh. I was under the assumption that they only needed to be seal if they sit for 6 months+ at a time.

Will get right on it! As always thank you mr. Sparco
