Without the spacer your max HP might suffer but according to the engineers at at motordyne you can get gains with the spacer and stock-non-rev-up lower plenum and spacer, which would be greater than running the spacer alone on a rev-up engine
Ah, you're right. I forgot about the original MREV. It's been so long since then.

Sounds good. Now my second question, how much real gains do those actually give you to the wheel? Around 15 whp total or less?

and which ones do you recommend?

Thought i would pass the word.

NTB Grapevine off 121 and grapevine mills

Offers a general Forum discount on their alignment specials. The guys that work there are moderators for some of DFW's import forums.

3 year unlimited alignment $127.49 w/tax included - regular $149.99 + tax
5 year unlimited alignment $161.49 w/tax included - regular $189.99 + tax

Also, look online, because sometimes there are specials
sign up with your email to receive specials as well at NTB.com

EDIT: They have an in-ground alignment rack. SO does the location at Campwisdom and 360 in Grand Prairie - which is less than a mile from my house. - so anyone wanting to do camber kit installs, etc can take care of alignment same day after the tech day install.

Also, I plan on doing some suspension install work on my own car, so im taking my car in on tech day to NTB also.....

Justin and christine........

no problem on the main fluid flushes you guys...

BUT, see my post11 on this thread about the clutch fluid flush! if you guys wanna do the clutch, ensure you purchase the wilwood products and all the parts by then.

pm me your email and i can fwd you a wilwood quote with the itemized parts on the email they sent me so there is no confusion.

Neverlift and I will be doing this to our cars this day as well! i already ordered the wilwood parts for me!

Will y'all still be cranking around 2:30-3:00 ish? I have work till 2 that day and I would be coming from downtown.

I would like to help and learn about some stuff if possible. I got some coilovers to put on but I would like to do them myself in my garage, so maybe I can shadow someone and learn a few things.

I would but they are not coming in for awhile.

Hey Jason, I was wondering how do you like your cordless impacts? I was thinking about getting a Makita one. Are they strong enough to spin bolts out? IE. changing out suspension.

I have two of these from pepboys - goodyear 24 volt - I love them, they work amazing

http://toolmonger.com/wp-content/upl...oodyear24v.jpg

last i checked though, they werent stocking them anymore and now have one called the: 24volt Allegheny Cordless impact.

http://images.fixya.com/I/Impact/118...7276656b51.jpg

my brother in law has the allegheny and it works just as great - i honestly think they are the same thing, just labled different/differnt housing.
I would say get one of those for sure.

they work great on any spot really with the right extensions, wobble extensions, etc....

both are about 99 bucks usually, and sometimes on sale for 79.99.

Jason, could you help me out with installing front cambers? I noticed you'll be doing some suspension work that day and I need to get rid of my SPCs and replace it with SPLs. As you can see I'm already on the list but I would like to make this my priority now instead.

Not a problem.........I have some SPL front upper control arms I will be installing before the tech day cause of the race the next day, but either way the install will be fresh in my head......its not hard either.

afterwards you will need an alignment.. NTB and Firestone are both near my house.

just bump the list and add SPL UCA's to your name..
