Ok I updated my registration to class Z because as Kirk pointed out there's some belt driven noise maker under my hood . I also chose a new number indicated below.

I would be happy to donate some cash to whoever is spending more than the rest in addition to bringing bottled water! My wife said don't count on her so as of now it's just me.

My understanding is that you do NOT need to register for the event if you are not racing, but then Kirk mentioned something to the contrary. Could someone please confirm? The website says that everything is free if you are not competing, so I can't see why I would need to register....

 

^^ If you are NOT racing you DO NOT need to register. You only need to register if you are racing, and you can only register online. They do not allow for registration at the event.

 

^ That's exactly what I thought. Damn you, Kirk, for making me nervous! I don't want to miss this event.

 

Just show up to the blue square area (parking an pit area)......you will see us setting up...look for our canopy's, etc..

Is anybody gonna be down with going to southlake after tms?

 

Well the Auto-X will be finished by 3pm or so....and everybody will be fairly tired from racing all day....but just speaking for myself, I doubt I will be out there at 8pm or so in SoLake. I've missed the last couple also.

 

So, not to jinx it or anything, but what actually does happen if it rains? Reschedule, cancel, or slip n' slide?

 

Dude, I believe that they still run the course rain or shine.

about the only thing i see is that if anyone has any sort of fold out tables.....that would be helpful??? even if they are the single living room tables. we were kinda limited last time on table space when firing up the propane grills.........

I bought an extra propane grill........so we will have fithamoto's grill and mine going....so hopefully we can get lunch going quick!

bring fold out chairs and umbrellas rain or shine........people use the umbrellas even out on the course as the sun can be horrible if its out!
