I would be interested in your UpRev, if someone could chime in on the transferability...?

 

You would either need a tuner (Hills Garage) or someone to unmarry the license and put it on the cable to transfer to your car or buy Cipher (Data logger) from UpRev that and you can keep it on your computer until your ready for tuning.

Basically plug it in my car, unmarry it, it's yours. The license will be tied with the cable. If you want to verify all this I'd call Hills Gargae in Md.
