I can do Thursday as well but would rather roll with the larger group because i think it will be more fun..
Lets start a list for departure choices.

1. Stillnz (Thursday or Friday...whatever the larger group is.)

Yep, I'm good for Thursday as well. I think I'll wait a little bit to see if we get a few people commit to Thursday before I call and book the extra night at the lodge

1. Stillnz (Thursday or Friday...whatever the larger group is.)
2. arlingtonz (Thursday or Friday)
3. jester7500
4. kcobean (likes the Thursday idea, but is flexible to the preferences of the majority)

is this group all 350Z/G35 owners? any chance you guys can spread the word to owners of other generations of Zs in your area?

I'm getting a little worried that the event is becoming very 350Z-oriented. Hoping we can draw more of **every** generation of Z this year. Thanks for any help you can give putting the word out.

mcduck thinks he may have to set up a web cam outside of check in to show the Z caravans rolling in.

Hey Toby, there is a drop down box on the form for the class selection (which for you will be 5th Gen F/I). It's in the same box as the text "Car Show Entry". If you don't have Microsoft Word on your PC, you may have to print the form out and fill it in by hand, in which case you can write this in. I tried opening the form in Star Office and it was nasty.

I will get in touch with the Nova Z car club, which is an "all generations club" but consists of mostly the 200 series generation cars and let them know of ZDayZ.

I have emailed him all the information, so hopefully we will get a few of those guys to come along, I was surprised that he had not heard of the event. In any case I think they are getting the word early enough to start a buzz and interest from their club.

Default Group ride down

I would be interested in the group ride down on Thursday morning (early). The more the merrier. It's maybe 12 hours from here? I was going down Wednesday and take a scenic two day ride down the Blue Ridge Parkway, but I can do that on the way home Sunday. I'm coming down from Charles Town WV so let me know where to meet, maybe 81 and 66? Or I can meet at Evolution in Chantilly VA (1 hour away). Thanks!

I'm in... registered (with one guest), and looking forward to the trip. Either a quick group ride Thursday or the slow two day Wednesday Parkway trip would be fine.

Hey Glide, did you get the cottage? I might be up for camping, since it's only 3 nights.

I posted this before, but it looks like some posts were lost in the software upgrade...

It's about 9 hours from Manassas, which is the group departure point (it's far enough south and west that very few, if any, people will have to backtrack to reach it). We can meet up with folks who live "along the way." The 81/66 intersection would be a great spot for you to jump in the caravan.

Glide & Wags will go with the group on Thursday. The slow ride on the Blue Ridge Parkway will be on the return trip Sunday. If anyone else is interested we can talk at the meet.

Welcome Mike, congrats on the new car. Pasadena is northern MD right? The Mid-A caravan is meeting in Manassas, VA. You and your bro are more than welcome to join us in the drive down. The caravan that may be passing your way are the guys from the Northeast.

I think it's safe to assume Thursday Toby. There are enough of us that want to go on Thursday that we'll have a decent sized caravan. I'm booking Thursday night.
