thanks man!

been ok, i guess... working 24/7 since my dad got into a hospital, no time for anything fun at all...heh. trying to get back into the modding scene again. Havent been to ohio yet to pick up my parts, so I sold the Borla to my buddy in Cincinnati a coupla weeks ago, and getting Invidia G200 now instead...heh, my mom is driving up here for a weekend, so shes gonna drop off the test pipes. Finally...the spring time is here and my car is getting some presents =)))) just like i planned. Need help help installing it all tho, since the only garage I could fully use for that is in Cinci.

Hows everything with ya? Hows your car running? I havent been visiting the forums lately, so Im way behind on whats new going on around here..

Ill be on more often now, Ill try at least

I suggest

Professional Tune Performance Inc
15 New Charlotte Street, Manheim, PA 17545
(717) 665-3175

I've had work done there several times and am pleased with their professionalism and prices.

Frederick Nissan...

301-662-0111

They are very mod/warranty friendly. The best shop I have seen in the MD area. Not to mention a few of their cars have made covers to some tuner mags.

Personally, I would recommend MSP motorsports and performance in Fredrick, MD. I think it may be about the same distance if not slightly closer than AAM. This is who will be doing my mods. The shop is owned and operated by Paul and Krystos Efantis. (Also, known as the Lucas Oil Racing Team). I wouls also recommend all you F/I guys go talk to him as well.
And just as an FYI he has a procharger kit for a G35 sitting in the shop waiting for someone, its slightyl used but in new condition, Im sure he'd give you a good price. Oh and I almost forgot...he has a 350Z Siebon C/F VT hood sitting in there too that he wants to get rid of in new condition. check them out... motorsportsperformanceracing.com

Tell them Robbie from Fresh Designs sent you.

Hands down I vote neither. MSP gets my vote, no questions asked.

Frederick Nissan does great work, but they a$$rape people. They wanted $1000 for just a clutch swap labor only. Thats ridiculous...if you go up there take some lube and bend over, dont say I didnt warn you.

Nah not right away, ill take it in for adjustment after I do the install. The Tein's dont lower that much anyway, probably wouldn't even get much wear/camber until they settled after a week or so.

edit - I also still have that annoying vibration which I think is the tire balance. So ill be taking it into a shop to get the tires re-balanced, and ill have them do the adjustments then.

MSP has the alignment rack and everything to do it right all at once. But Nowell Im always down for a home install. Sometimes its definitely more fun that way. Especially when the beer gets involved.

It's typical shop rates 70 ish an hour. I would gladly pay it because my warranty will stay intact. If you change your wheels or air filter at some places they will say.. sorry its not stock anymore and your screwed.

SeKZee I have pics of my car as well as other Frederick Nissan Zs as well if you wanted to see them.

Let me know.

Ken

Well then that makes it even worse because they wanted $1000 for a clutch swap if I provided the clutch/fw, so divide $1000 by $70 and they wanted to take me for 14.2 hours of work!!! Nobody can tell me thats not an a$$ raping.

And I NEVER said they dont do good work, just that they are way too overpriced....
