hey whens the next meet up gonna happen,just checking with you guys.

 

I haven't seen an Evolution Spring Meet posted yet. Anyone know if they are having one this year?

 

Nope. Brent and I organized the one last year. Steve (the owner of Evolution) has no interest in planning these types of events for the community as far as I can tell.

 

That sucks. We need to have something in NoVA... driving to MD all the time cost mad gas money.

Speaking of driving, did you get your inspection done kcobean? Hopefully they came through for you.

 

Thats bad news man. I enjoyed that last 2 they had after purchasing my Z.

 

I'm ready for something...even a small Columbia meet.

 

I know it is a couple of weeks away but the next one I will be at is the Mid-A Mega Meet April 1st.

I live ~10 mins from exit 160B... I'll definately be there.

 

We should set up a list come May, it's way too early now.

 

If you guys want a meet sooner we can do one this Sunday. Ill be going to Capitol, most likely with a few local Z buddies, we can meet up before and then head up if you guys want. After, there are plenty of restaurants/bars around...let me know if anybody is interested.

I will actually be driving up from Florida that day so maybe we can drive up together…?

I have no real plans yet. I expect to leave Orlando Thursday night or maybe Friday morning not really sure yet. The biggest problem will be my car packed to the gills with $h!t from the month long stay here.

I let you know my plans next week Maybe if I leave here Thursday night and drive all day Friday I could be in Richmond Friday night and we could hit the bars. Then Saturday I could get home drop my gear off and head back to Woodbridge for the meet.

We can always put something together where we can all meet... BUT we won't be setting up any raffles or free food/gear unless people wanted to pay for each car which kind of sucks.

We had a small BBQ at a member's house once. Someone donated a set of pullies for a raffle that I was lucky enough to win. Perhaps we can convince some Z owners to let go of something they weren't going to use?

The picnic at Burke Lake was a good one last year...

Looks like since a lot of people are from maryland too, unlike last year, setting something up at Haines Point or Gravely Point closer to D.C. might work.

Just remember that if you want a large group give pleanty of notice. May would be great for me cause that's when I get some more goodies
