Default Not a photo gallery but check out the damage

This is also posted in wheel section so please don't move since I'm looking for a wheel/repair shop too

So I finally got my WORK EMOTION wheels. I open the boxed immediately and I notice that one rim is chipped.
Look at the damage!

Of course this is not how I expect my wheels to look like and I'm seriously pissed off and I need YOUR advice.
1.Only one wheel is damaged.
2.I waited 5 months for the wheels so waiting for another set is out of question.

All people who had similar experience with dealing with damaged goods please let me know how should I approach this whole situation.

Should I get money back from UPS ,repair the wheel on my own......???

Never put out your own money for other people's negligence. Are you going to pay for what THEY did? I don't think so. They wouldn't hold up a legitamate argument in a court of law saying that you caused it because these aren't even mounted yet. I say you contact UPS, they're doing a crappy job... on a side note, my package is 5 days late from UPS!

Seriously, F*CK UPS. Make them buy you a whole other set of rims. That way you have two sets AND you'd be sticking it to that sh*t brown %#&*$ company.

That just sucks. After all this time . . . incredible. I had a similar experience (one of my wheels was damaged by FedEx during delivery), but the guy I bought them from replaced it with absolutely no hassle. He said he'd work it out with the FedEx monkeys himself. You probably don't have that option, let alone 5 more months to wait . . . what a drag. Man, I hope you can somehow get your revenge on Brown.

I really wanted to get in on that group buy but with all the issues, I'm really glad I didn't. I'd send that crap back to UPS or Z1 and get a full refund or a new set of wheels. That's what shipping insurance is for.
