FYI.... i won the Exhaust case 2 months ago..
and yea.. ofcourse it was FAIRFAX CO!!

 

The funny thing is that cops don't give a S**T about what some other cop told you was the law. They each want to meet their own quota and make money for stuff.

and yes...FFX County cops SUCK!

 

Funny, there was this kid in my H.S. that was a total dork, the typical nerd with the highwater pants, glasses ect. Guess what he does? saw him at a 711 couple years ago and he was a cop heh.

Anyways, FFX cops are the worst, they are extremely stricked and act "hardcore" heh, theres a reason noone street races in VA, everyone goes to MD/DC to race. FFX wont let you get away with anything, why do u fairfax county is one of the richest counties in the US.

I hung out with the "mustang crew" for a long time, they *never* got exhaust tickets, but guess what? i've gotten at least 4 exhaust tickets with my import in the past couple years heh.

 

yea.. that's totally BS... and that stupid HD too...

 

What's the story here? I'm curious how you managed to get out of that.

 

 

all i had was HKS documentation,(yes i have HKS) + california law code + virginia law code.

i told judge i am not guilty and he ask me why. i told him i believe my exhaust is not illegal in Viginia, and show HKS documentation to him. he told me this paper is apply to california. i show him California law code and Virginia law code and told him both law codes are same. then he look over this nice fancy law code book and told me that he can not find law code to give it out. then he told me im free to go~ so.. on the record it says Not Guilty
