Default best car alarm with remote start

im in the market for a car alarm, like viper etc, and i want one that has remote start and has a 2-way remote that can alert me to people attempting to jack my volks. all suggestions and arguments are welcome :-)

hope your car is an auto. because most car install places B*#TCH at you for having a manual and won't do the install. Check with your local installers first before purchasing.

I have the top Viper Alarm system (dont remember the model #) and I love it. (I have remote start on my 6-speed too)

I'm happy with my viper x whatever 7 whatever.. range is good. I've heard compustar is good too.

i got viper...dont know the numbers but its got the little cell phone lookin thing that tells u when and what parts of the car are being broken into.
