I found one with 2k miles 04 white conv with $25,000 this thing is seriously chaeap should i consider it as scam? moreover, I asked him to get recent picture with date on paper and he sent it to me.... He is asking $500 paypal deposit and when I pick up the car, I can pay the balance.... (its in WV)

 

I would go out and look at it, get some pics, etc. WV is that far of a drive for a weekend trip if your serious about buying it. 2k miles on an 04, unless it was some old guy, thats hard to believe even for a weekend driver! If its legit, it might be worth it, but nothing wrong with getting a current carfax and checking it out yourself.
