Call Auto Effects, Inc. in College Park (301)345-1112 and ask for Rob. Tell him you're from the forum and that I told you to call and see if they can help. They're the most knowledgable wheel guys I know. They've been doing it a long time and have troubleshot some things similar to this for me before. Hope that helps.

Happened to me, microscopic leaking. It's the tire itself and not the rim. Take the wheel off and put it on the ground. Mix up soap + water and throw it around the rim to check if bubbles appear. My suggestion: Get a new tire.

If it bubbles then it's a bad tire, you need to look extra extra close. The bubbles may not come right away because they're microscopic. Let it sit for 5 mins and you should see them come. Happens with many defective tires. You might even need a magnifying glass to catch them literally.

Thats just strange, have you had the tire removed and "re-beaded" onto the wheel? Maybe try that particular tire on your other rim; if they are non directional tires... that will verify the rim's integrity. Just a thought

also just curious, what is the wheel width and tire size?

It could even be something simple like the valve stem or it's core is not installed properly or it may-be faulty.
