Ok guys, let try to pick a Friday Evening that will work for everyone.

Once we have the day I will give all those interested my Paypal address so I can take care of the payment.

I understand the life factor, but i need an idea.



Here is the price break down.

4 hours is the minimum time at $650 for 1 car

2-10 cars would be $50 each car
11-30 cars would be $45 for each car
31-50 cars would be $40 for each additional car


So going by this we are looking at

$1100 for 10 cars would be $110 a piece
$1955 for 30 Cars would be $65 a piece
$2610 for 50 cars would be $52 a piece

Week days are fine. Weekend can not conflict with scheduled events, but can be prior to the event except sundays.

They need at least 1 week prior notice to allow for scheduling, both lanes included, track prep included.


Mason Dixon is located in Hagerstown MD and is right off interstate 70. They have recently updated their track as of last week.

The plan is to let this pole run until Monday the 23rd and then lock in the date that the majority can make.

At this point it looks like August the 17th is winning.

I'm not trying to past judgement, but I think the votes should only count for people that definitely want to go. It's one thing if this was to decide the date for a meet but when it involves forking over dough people flake out real quick. The majority that have voted I know are legit but what about the random people that vote just to vote.

 

Makes sense, but i have no idea who will really show up. We all know things can happen. Once I start recieving money I will have a better Idea of who is coming. The reason behind the pole on the dates, helps me find out which day works for most. Then when i have that, i can tell people what it will cost per person. The more people, the less it costs.


Let me know how you guys want to handle this.
