Given my work comitments - sick calls not being an option, I vote for Sunday. I will however be there come rain or shine whenever whereever - if only for an hour or so (if its Saturday)

We've been planning this for a few weeks now.... myself and others are willing to risk it..... I am cool with my ride getting a little wet, if it means I get to meet some people that share the same passion, and interests that I do... you know what I mean?

I'll see you gents at the next meet.I don't care if my car gets wet, it's just a car. This is a social event where we walk around and tell stories about our rides and I don't feel like walking around in the rain.Have fun though and pray for sun

 

Well, the weatherman does it again. I guess I'm with BOBG. I'm out for this one. I don't mind my car getting wet but they are calling for severe thunderstorms from noon on. I wouldn't mind getting caught at the end of the meet or on my way home but not for the entire duration of the meet. I live pretty far away so I won't chance it. Keep me posted of any future meets peeps!

 

If you look at the radar, after this little batch of light rain pushes through in the next hour or so, there is nothing behind it.

 

I guess I have to agree. Yes, if you look at the weather map, there's nothing behind the current batch of rain. However, T-Storms boil up rather quickly and don't show themselves hours ahead of time.

Also, besides the chance of severe T-storms, they are also talking about the potential for hail. I've just got a new body kit installed and my fiberglass NISMO wing and hail just don't get along.

I'll have to back out for this one and hope to see y'all at the next. For now, I'm heading to do a little overtime...and take advantage of the underground parking.

To whoever does decide to show up, keep an eye on the sky and be safe!!
