I am just thinking if I ever have a need to hunt down some people, I know where I am stopping off first to shop for stuff... ;-)

lol Brent, you have to catch me and I've stolen your Z so I can outrun the bullets.

That's a serious collection there Kelly, and I'm with Robby about never making you mad lol.

I'm going to start building my own ammo fortress too....

Here's 4000 rounds of 5.56mm hollow-point...perfect for eliminating zombies and pesky paper sillhouettes.

4000 rounds? what are you planning to do? that must've cost a lot of $$$ with your collections..

What am I planning to do? I'm mentally stable and not pissed off at anyone if that's what you're thinking.

It's nothing like that at all. The cost of ammunition has been going up VERY steeply over the last 6 months. 1000 rounds of ammo for the AR can run anywhere between $325 and $450. I happened to stumble across this ammo at around $236 per 1000, so I took the opportunity to save a few bucks while spending a few bucks.

Half of that is for a buddy of mine, so it wasn't all for me, but I couldn't resist the picture. And yeah, feeding my hobby, given the varying calibers can get expensive.

Shown in that picture are:

.22
.25
.223/5.56
.357 Magnum
9mm
.45 ACP
12 Ga.

Next on my list is either a short-barrelled, suppressed AR15, or a .308 bolt action. Either way, I'm putting a suppressor on the little Walther P22...that's a fun little combo with subsonic ammo. It's a pain in the **** going through all the BATF paperwork, but it's worth it.
