From experience:
Girl (one, female) = Not to bad, the route I choose nowadays easy to handle and no headaches
Girls (more than one) = more than one problem

) haha that put me over the edge to go w/ twins+built. I don't track the power is simply for me

Then take the car to Function:Tuned to get a tune for $600 and we're DONE! Less than 4k and I could be supercharged. Of course it didn't turn out quite like that... I ended up getting headers, test pipes, new TD exhaust, gauges, return fuel system, UTEC, stock brembo brakes(don't ask, I thought with more power, you need better brakes to be safe), new pulleys, wastegate, 3 supercharger belts. Now don't forget to factor in the installation fee for all those parts. And even after all that is done, there're still issues (totally not the tuner/installer's fault): Supercharger overheat(running 15psi...) that needs a bigger and better intercooler, belt keeps snapping(again running 15psi and it's $100 each belt!) that needs to do some custom fab work to fix the issue. I don't even want to tihnk about the headache right now. Somehow shifting at 3k rpm solves all the issues! Going FI is almost like a lifestyle. It's money + dedication.
Well, if you kept it easy, you could have been supercharged for under 4k. If you kept the 9 psi pulley. But no....... you had to go all fancy with a custom wastegate and other goodies.
Once you get straightened out you should race C5_vette. Cant wait to see what the car does at track day. I'm still getting used to my car, it's fast but no airplane sound. haha.
Oh shoot, how can I forget! New bigger Koyo Radiator for cooling, add $450. And while you have your engine in pieces, you're gonna want that color matching radiator hose kit for another $150'ish. And if you dont already have it, a radiator cooling plate for another $110. Then you really wanna get fancy and get a Radiator cap, $20. Oh! And if you're really paranoid, you'd get a Nismo Thermostat to decrease temps even more to prevent blowing up: $180. Not to mention factor in the labor to custom fit your radiator and cut up your OEM fan etc. the final price after labor n all the goods is now $8,000
