Default Sold my Z, got a new ride...

Well I sold my 350Z after owning it for 5 years. Decided to move onto new things. I had a blast with the Z, but wanted something different and something new. I hate how the 350Z is MASS produced now and I see 50 yr old woman driving them more than younger people.

Anyways, here is a pic of my 350Z and my new whip....

I hate old people who drive a 350Z. I think there should be a maximum age like 25.

lol but for every two hot chicks you see driving one makes up for the old lady imo lol. good luck with the new whip though.

or we could say max age 25 for a N/A Z and 35 or 40 for a boosted Z.

EVO's are nice, but the same 50 year old ladies that you saw in Z's will also be in your new car (lancers).

The GSR is the standard 5spd model, correct? not the "twin clutch" style trans. The evo X is also the first evo available in the US with whatever the heck Mitsubishi calls thier super awd/ handling sysytem (not sure the exact term) there is a very nice write-up in a recent Turbo magazine all about it.

nice purchase, enjoy!

I remember your car, you went to Mason right. That was one of the first Z's on campus back in the day.

Did the car end up with someone local???

Nice choice on the Evo X! I was momentarily considering it a bit ago, but thought otherwise. What do you think of the interior? Where did you end up buying from, and did you get ****-ezed with a mark up?

Yeah i went to Mason, I had one the first 350Z's around this area, actually picked it up in late 2002 (preorder).

My new EVO has what they call the AYC(Automatic Yaw Control). The car handles like crazy with NO oversteer at all. I have the GSR
5-speed stick shift, and from what all the aftermarket companies are saying, the new 4B11 engine handles mods great. AMS put on a simple CAI, exhuast, intercooler, and downpipe with NO tune or ECU flash, and it dynoed 100 AWHP more than stock. With a CAI and exhuast, it is running 12.4's in the 1/4 already.

Just takes getting used to AWD, I suck at launching it right now! haha

I like the interior, its nice, and simple to the point, not overdone IMO. And i bought it under MSRP, had a connection at a dealership in NJ.

Nice, from what I've read the manual is what you want if you plan to really beat on the car or up the boost.

AYC!! yes, it distributes tourque between wheels F&R, also L&R, it even anticipates possible upcoming situations when moving to automaticly correct understeer/oversteer.
