my friend got fulled over last week in fairfax co. for speeding. Shes planning on paying it by mail, can she just make a copy of the summon (yellow paper) and send that instead along with the payment?

WHY dont she just keep the copy
there should of been a 2 part .... let me look at my ticket book
SHE should of got the yellow copy thats attached to the envelope and an extra copy also

one says at the very bottom - defendant copy for your record
the other says0 return to cvb with payment if... wel lthis is maryland tickets soo dont know it it works the same for va

yes, you can print the receipt. delay? online is faster..
