::recommendations on pho places::
~ pho bistro in centreville or ashburn
~ pho sate in falls church
~ pho golden cow in falls church
~ pho xe lua in Eden
::take home pho::
~ “tai” is the raw meat u have to put in the broth to cook it.
"nam" is already cooked meat
~ the plant/branch - is mint or basil to help with the aroma and taste of the soup
~ ask for non cooked rice noodles, that way u can take it home, boil water, put the noodles in until tender, drain the water and just pour the hot broth over the noodles (the noodles won't break up when trying to eat)
