The hardest part is the sealing! Lets see how they hold up against hazing.

+1, you need to let the paint cure for at least 5 days before reassembling. I usually wait 2 weeks so I know for SURE I'm not going to get that "toxic rainbow haze" effect. As paint cures overtime, gases rise from the surface. If you trapped all those gases by putting the headlight together, you're going to run into this issue. You'll see what I mean when you put your car out in the sunlight.

I notice a lot of professional shops don't even let them cure for at least 2 weeks since they need to rush the lights back to the customers. I'm not really going to say which shops, but if you look at certain photos, many people having headlight work done have a rainbow toxic haze from improper curing techniques.

Our headlights are really easy to clean up. If you peel off the tint, i can help you. All i use is scratch-X and a lil elbow grease. Mine looked pi$$ yellow and really hazy around the hood for a while. It took about an hour the first time to get them looking brand new again. After that it takes me about 5 mins every few months to bring the new look back!!

Very nice work, I think the light output will be fine since you left the reflector by the high beam unpainted.
