No matter what, GO TO COURT. Don't just voluntarily pay the fines or accept the points. The past 5 tickets I've gotten (all for different things) were reduced when I went to court( 3 Different courts). Each time the officer or DA(?) has come to me before it was my turn and offered me a deal, they will usually drop or at lower the points and keep a similiar fine or slightly lower.

I've had a reckless driving ticket (22mph over) reduced to a "faulty equipment"

Trust me.....GO TO COURT

the catch is... i leave for deployment the 15th of apr. the court date was scheduled for 30 apr.. i really wanna go on this deployment so.... oh and i dont have to go to court.. he ticket doesnt say i have to go.. the box is checked so that appearance is not needed. oh and to top it all off. i supposedly had a suspended license since last october..??? all cause my insurance company didnt recieve a payment. canceled all my **** notified dmv and they suspended it. me not knowing but getting a letter in the mail, i paid it and tthought that was it..

hahaha so after getting pulled over, the 5-0 wouldnt let me drive off, he gave me 15mins to have some one pick up my car to drive it home.. i was acrss the street from my apt. no cell, no way of contactin my lady to pick up the car. n he wouldnt let me walk over there.. so here i am, flagging cars down on the birdneck exit asking for a phone.. sure enough, some good samaritan hooks me up. longs story short still got my car, no tow, with 3 tickets... fffaaaawwwwwk!!

Hey thats perfect that you are leaving. Call the court and resceduel it ... they say why you tell them and show them your orders. come back and you show up and contest it. the officer prob wont remember the ticket and it will be wiped away or lessened

+1, There is rule (The Serviceman Relief Act, I think) for military who are deployed during court dates.

Anything. The law in maryland is any modification to the exhaust is illegal. If no cats and they catch you i believe thats a huge fine, If loud you can get a noise violation and you can even get a ticket for just unlawful exhaust if it doesnt look and sound stock.

Doesnt matter if the exhaust passed inspection or emmisions, any modification to you're exhaust is illegal in maryland

dont know about the exhaust ticket but the tint one is about 55 plus court cost's, the speeding one will be $5 for every mph over plus court cost's, but if you roll them all into one court date you should be able to get away with only paying that once. havent been there in a while but i think that court cost's are like $55 or so.
