My g/f runs prodrag soo im their with her every weekend. It is impossible to hit those perfect lights like she does though in a manual
I had pretty decent lights last T&T I went too but with no LSD it was tough to have good launches
it's not impossible. Just takes focus, for example. Last time we had a track day I think it was Spring 2008 at Mason Dixon I was hitting 0.03, 0.003, 0.01, 0.04, 0.03, 0.007. Consistently and I have a Manual.
Thanks slim for making me feel like a horrible driver
Lol Liek I said I just need the seat time it allot different then launching on the street lol I have only dragged my car less then 10 times at the track..

No intent to make you feel like a horrible driver. It was just a proof of existance that it is possible to get good reaction times with a manual. Seat time is the way to go.
I know it was a joke I know my drag skills arent up to par yet I got shifting down I can hit the power band perfect and can outshift most of my buddies. now I gotta work on my launches with some good 60' times I will be much happier I wish I still had my slips from the last time I went...
