^ you may pass but sometimes you won't pass the visual inspection (aka looking under the car for cats) especially on a modified car. Just go to some Joe Schmoe shop where they're lazy a-holes that don't really give a dam.

That's what I was hoping they didn't do. He had the mirror right next to my car but never used it. Guess it was too low .

I went to two different garages and the first one their was a kinda long line so I guess he just wanted to get some cars thru the second one he already didn't want to do my emissions but he tried looking under the car but the car was way too low with the side skirts to the point you honestly couldn't see anything and he didn't have a low profile jack so he just said screw it, but I'm pretty sure he knew I had no cats.
