What other clubs? I am pretty sure another guy is already co-driving with me.....other wise you could drive my car if you are fairly seasoned.

^Thanks! I am from California so I am in the San Francisco chapter but I think its a national membership? I have been doing autoX for 4 years, and was the 1st in my class 2years ago when I did it competitively. Maybe anyone else have an open seat?

Are you talking about SCCA? This is just a local club to DC area....no national club with this one. Why not drive your supra?

You guys know that you have to have everything out of the rear area right? Make sure you get rid of all loose objects....you can take out the mat and spare when you arrive. Also, make sure you have your lugs torqued to a proper 85 ft lbs. Over torquing can damage or break studs. I will have a cordless impact gun and torque wrench with me. As long as you have your lug key you can use mine.

I'm glad you said that because I would've hated to be the guy that showed up with his subwoofer enclosure still in the hatch.
And we really have to remove our spares?

Generally the stealerships put lugs on with pneumatic impact guns and have a tendency to overtorque the lugs in a big way. I plan on getting to the lot about 7:45.....

Kori, at the very least you can come out and see if you like the club. They run about 20 events a year.....so it is an active club with a bunch of differing venues and course set-ups. Plus...the weather looks perfect for Saturday!

Can we wear whatever we want? I remember Barn saying something about long sleeves/pants at some event he'd gone to.
