It's a spray that isn't visible to the naked eye. Works like a charm.
It has been discussed time and time again that this doesnt work. Abui has a diatribe about it somewhere around here.

If not, then do you have a better suggestion?

Damn son!! I thought I struggled against the idiots who thought double wallpaper was a smart idea. If I never see wallpaper again it'll be too soon. You know anything about installing recess lights? My regular guy is out of the country for the holiday and I want to replace the overhead lighting in the kitchen with 4 recess lights. I wanted to do it next week, but Xmas hit me in the pockets kinda hard this season.

Heres another during shot. You can see how they used to cover the brick with plaster and then wallpapered it.

Paint isn't just paint. Talk to any professional painter and they will laugh at you for using home depot or lowes paint. You will be spending less time dipping your roller in the tray and more time applying the paint on the wall. Just let me know when you want to try a gallon and make you a believer I will bring a gallon over and help you paint

Good job! I wish I was more handy with this stuff. Luckily HD has a YT channel for simple fixes, but for more complex stuff I'd rather have someone who knew what they were doing and just have me assist them.

I flew my buddy out from Michigan to help me with it. He is way better at this stuff. It was worth the $200 ticket. Plus we got to drink a lot of beer. Its the best room in the house. I even got a tax deduction from donating the old trim. It was original, and places in baltimore love that stuff to re-sell to people who are looking for original trim and other type things.

These tricks however, DO work:

1. Use inferred LED's (custom mounted) pointing toward your license plate. It'll blind any type of camera - daytime or night. You can test this theory out by popping out your cell phone camera and picking up a TV remote (which uses inferred technology). Now point the remote toward your cell and push any button on the remote. You'll notice the remote will *blind* your cell phone camera. The naked eye is not able to detect inferred signals so it's invisible to authorities on the road.

2. (if you have a 2nd car), go to the MVA and do a license plate transfer/swap between your two vehicles. When they run the plate from the photo they took of you - the registered plate # won't match the vehicle description and the ticket will be thrown out. Of course you're going to have to do this on the day of or the day after for this trick to work.

3. Get a license plate that looks like: "0O00O0" (or something similar along those lines) The pixel width between a "O" and a "0" (when displayed on a computer screen) are too refined for stoplight cameras to pickup the differences. If they can't read your plate, the ticket gets tossed out.

A cheaper option would be a Cheetah C50 for ~$120. It just alerts to cameras and the like. No radar detection.

Looks like there are better options than the spray.

I knew about the "O0OO0O0" / "XKXXKXKKX" trick for a while, but I'm scared having a plate like that would attract unnecessary attention from the cops.

I know that runners have plates like that.

It does when you have a sick nasty street race car like the Nissan 350z.

Does anyone in the northern va area have a trailer that would be able to help me move my 350 from Fairfax Nissan, to Tysons Corner Nissan or a reputable independent shop? You would be compensated for your time.
