It's fairly usual, but it is whole day. You would be in RWD-CS for this one, though. Also, it is $45 and you get at least 5 runs. You must register by Midnight TONIGHT.

Put on Barnabas's NT03's with 285 RS3's. Ready to go for Saturday, but I need to wash it....it's been the poo receptacle for all the birds of Frederick. Thanks Barnabas.
I agree. The faster, the better.
Its good when they make them technical, but its better when they still add fast portions.
Im just happy that I was able to finish on top of everybody using street tires on my class.
I also passed an MR2 that looks like he had racing tires.

That wasn't just anybody either....it was Ian Baker. He won (on pax) the National Street Tire Challenge the day before, and has won a ton of National Tours. His car was having some issues, though.
Hey Mike,
Just out of curiosity. I was checking the Saturday results again because they kept saying that the Genesis coupe was in first place.
After checking his times I saw that he did 62 seconds laps with a G-stock car. Even faster than the 370z.
Is that car that good or am I missing something??

You have to remember that a lot of us, such as the 370z, are set-up to run on R-comps. The set-ups don't blend well with street tires. That guy in the genesis travels all around the place to run just street tire events. I am confused how he won best pax when a large number of the ST cars beat him handily in PAX.

CANT WAIT TILL I CAN MAKE IT BACK OUT THERE.

Just purchased a new 350Z for my son and I to co-drive next year. Looking for some info on CS class. noticed you run though a modified class. Not as worried about being at the top, just want to learn more about auto/x for now. What tires do you run and would you recommend for the 350Z? Wheels?
Had a pretty good day at DC SCCA. Finished with the 18th best raw time (8 were F125 Karts) out of ~200. 1st in BSP.

Is this Z going to be strictly auto x or also a DD?
i run a square 285/35/18 setup on enkei nto3+m 10.5" these or rpf1's are great rims for their weight/price. based on your goals/tire size should factor into your rim selection for autox.
mike will have to chime in on rules by class. Im at work and dont feel like looking it up

I I run Hankoook RS-3's which are about the fastest street rated tire for our platform. But of course for different classes you have different rules on tire size/rim size
As far as just tires I would at a very minimum at least do a front swaybar and endlinks then down the road upgrade LSD and suspension as your next "mods"
If I could go back and do it all over again... I would have never done any "show" to my car I would have maxed out my setup NA before ever going TT and I would have put wayyyy more into performance then looks now I have a car that I am nowhere near the driver needed to put all its power to use
