I'm in Northern Va. I got Berk Test pipes they seem to be pretty good to me. Only thing is making sure you have the tools ready. I have an 06 and some of the bolts were the biggest b**** to get off I can only imagine how bad they would be on an 03.

Not that bad of a job. +1 on hills garage, or maybe you can get Clay to do them for a small fee. I showed him how to do them so he should be good to go.

Test pipes can be a pain in the but without a lift and proper tools. Many DIY will break the oxygen sensor. Take it to a competent shop. BTW "Maryland" tells me little so I cannot recommend a local shop.

anyway take it to hills garage if you dont want to run the risk of breaking the O2 sensor.

Test Pipes: LaBree - they have the finest quality

For a DIY job, make sure you have:
1. O2 sensor open ended wrench
2. swivel socket
3. a really LONG extension
4. N-Force/PB Blaster (to prep the bolts because they WILL be seized)
4a. (optional) Blow Torch (if those bolts become a real pain in the ****)
5. a jack that can lift higher than 18"
6. Gaskets (if the pipes don't already come w/ them)

Shop will charge you anywhere between 1.5-2hrs, so you're looking at about $150-$200.

If you DIY on the ground, expect to take 5-6hrs.

Took me about $80 and drinking a beer while I was waiting on some low life to do the job. Yea.. just pay somebody to do it. Don't take the DIY suggestions.

It seems like hills is the place to go. Is there a specific mechanic there that you guys recommend, or are they all good? I need to get my plenum spacer installed along with the test pipes. Has anyone had any bad experience with hills garage or are they the best around? Thanks
